A Clergy Life Coaching Remodel

We’re SO excited to announce…

Over this last year of Covid, we saw countless pictures of pandemic home remodeling projects. You all inspired us to do our own version of a home remodeling and we are thrilled to unveil our refreshed new identity – new logo, new website, new color scheme – new branding.

While this is a significant change for our company, our core beliefs haven’t changed at all.
We are still…

  • Passionate about and 100% committed to the life, growth, and health of people in ministry!
  • Grounded in Romans 12:2 – the belief that through quality coaching and spiritual direction – you can “be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God – what is good and acceptable and perfect!”
  • Believing that Clergy Life Coaching is “where the cross and compass meet!”
  • Committed to providing resources to support people in ministry to be moving towards balance in ministry and life!

The Rebranding Process
Over the past few months, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating a new image and brand that would accurately depict who we are, at our core, while remaining committed to our original message of providing that space where the cross and compass meet.

The cross remains foundational to our logo as we exist because of our deep faith in, and love of Christ.

The compass is significant in so many ways, starting with the meaning of the word.

The word compass comes from the Latin words com (meaning “together”) and passus (meaning “pace or step”). The word compass then means “step together” or “journey together” and that is exactly what a clergy coach does – journeys together with, accompanying their clients.

The compass has also been used to represent balance as well as motivationinspiration, and a sense of hope as the compass helps to point you in your right path forward. The compass can assist you to move out of your comfort zone and into unfamiliar territory, giving you the confidence to find your way and not become lost.

Our Redesigned Website
In that same vein, we have created a new website (which you are on) that makes it easier to navigate what you are looking for whether it be finding out more about coaching or spiritual direction, finding the forms you need to get started, finding the resources to help you in your ministry or maybe the latest blog post.

Clergy Life Coaching continues to be for YOU, walking alongside you in your ministry. The last two years have been the hardest work ever for the sake of the gospel and we have seen you, we have proudly walked beside you and so this “remodeling” project is our way of creating a fresh, new space for you to come back to for the help, the support, the place to find balance, motivation, inspiration and a sense of hope.
